When applying for a coaching position, the applicant
must complete and submit a
Police Background Check Form which can be found on the SDMHA website in the
same location as the Coaching Application.
Something new this year that can be found on the website is the instructions
to help with completing the Police Check form correctly.

Applications need to be received by a member of the
SDMHA no later than June 5^th.  The coaching selection will take place on
June 8^th.
