The SDMHA would like to inform you that we are currently accepting coaching applications for all the Single Letter Levels (Atom, PeeWee, Bantam & Midget) as well as for the Magh Program.  You can find the application forms under the “Forms” link, or by clicking on this link, Coaching Application Form.

When applying for a coaching position, the applicant must complete and submit a Police Background Check Form .  This year, we have provided an instructional sheet to help you make sure that your Police  Background Check Form is completed correctly.

Applications need to be received by a member of the SDMHA no later than July 24^th.
